What information we collect

• Details you give us through our quote form: your name, email address, phone number, event date, venue or postcode, guest numbers and any notes about your event.
• Messages you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
• Booking and payment details if you book with us, such as invoices, deposits and signed terms and conditions.
• Dietary or allergy information you choose to share so we can cater safely for your guests.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
• To plan, deliver and invoice your event. Our legal basis is performing our contract with you.
• To keep accounting and tax records. Our legal basis is our legal obligations.
• To handle allergy and dietary needs safely. We only use this information with your consent and only for your event.

We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run our business:

• Netlify, which hosts this website and receives quote form submissions.
• Google (Gmail), which we use for email, including the confirmation email sent when you submit the quote form.
• WhatsApp (Meta), only if you choose to contact us that way.
• Our accountant, HMRC and our bank, where needed for payments and legal record-keeping.

Some of these providers may store data outside the UK. Where they do, they use legal safeguards approved under UK data protection law, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not turn into a booking: up to 12 months, then deleted.
• Booking, invoice and payment records: 6 years, as required for UK tax purposes.
• Allergy and dietary notes: deleted once your event is finished.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not track you across other websites. Our fonts, images and booking calendar are served from our own website. The only exception is the Add to Event supplier badge on our homepage, which loads from addtoevent.co.uk.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict or stop using it, and ask for it in a portable format. To use any of these rights, email info.pizzaonthego@gmail.com. We will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
